SkyTag is an innovative smart label that is linked to your passport, credit card, and flight details. By enabling passengers to check in from home, it eliminates the need to wait in airport check-in lines. Once checked in at home, luggage can be dropped off on a dedicated conveyor belt without assistance from airline staff.
Upon luggage drop-off, the NFC chip on the label is detected by scanners. The system can weigh the luggage and apply an additional charge for overweight luggage or refund a portion of the ticket for light packing.
With scanners installed throughout the airport, the precise location of luggage items can be identified. Passengers can use the track & trace feature in our user-friendly app to keep track of their suitcase's whereabouts, ensuring that airlines can locate lost luggage easily. The slick design caters to everyone's preferences, and matches every suitcase!

In the unlikely case that your bag accidentally ends up on the wrong flight, the system automatically identifies and selects the most suitable flight to return your bag. As SkyTag will gradually be introduced to airports and passengers all around the world, travelling by plane will become more sustainable, convenient and efficient. In a few years, we will start seeing change.
Smaller airports joining the system are able to use SkyTag as a first step in a fully automated airport. For larger airports SkyTag is a solution for employee shortages in the baggage handling department.
